CHICAGO (CBS) — Chicago police introduced homicide expenses in opposition to a 24-year-old man Wednesday evening within the August taking pictures that killed 7-year-old Serenity Broughton, and injured her 6-year-old sister, Aubrey.
Chicago Police Supt. David Brown stated 24-year-old Aireon Luster has been charged with homicide and tried homicide within the taking pictures. The expenses come one month after Cook County prosecutors declined expenses in opposition to Luster, who had been taken into custody in September. At the time, prosecutors stated there was not adequate proof to file expenses.

Serenity and Aubrey have been shot on Sunday, August 15, within the 6200 block of West Grand Avenue within the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood.
