Man found dead after Phoenix apartment fire

PHOENIX — A person is dead after an early morning apartment fire in Phoenix, the city’s fire department mentioned.

Officials arrived on the scene close to the intersection of thirty second Street and Baseline Road to search out heavy smoke coming from the entryway of a two-story apartment advanced, the division mentioned. The responding firefighters found the person unresponsive and never respiration throughout search and rescue.

Medical personnel on the scene decided the person was past resuscitation and pronounced him dead. The man’s identification has not but been launched.

No firefighters had been harmed.

Investigators are nonetheless on the scene working to find out the reason for the fire.
