Lawsuit filed against Rogers Park apartment building where 3 women died
CHICAGO (CBS)– Families are taking authorized motion after three women have been discovered lifeless at Sneider Apartments in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood after complaints that the air-con wasn’t turned on throughout a sizzling week.
One of the women’s households has area a wrongful loss of life lawsuit against the proprietor of the building.
The lawsuit alleges that the building continued to function the heating system two weeks in the past, regardless of abnormally heat temperatures.
