Kanye West takes $11M Wyoming ranch off the market

Kanye West has determined to hold on to his Wyoming ranch — for now.

The rapper took his 3,888-acre farm there off the market earlier this month, The Post can report.

Known as Monster Lake, this marks the first ranch of two in the state owned by the business mogul, who bought the compound for an estimated $8 million in 2019.

West, 45, put the ranch on sale for $11 million in March, but it surely doesn’t seem to be he had any presents.

His different ranch, about 50 miles away from Monster Lake, price a further $14.5 million, and comes with 6,700 acres.

West’s big-dollar investments appear to have stemmed from his views on the significance of being a landowner.

“We have to evolve,” Kanye tweeted in 2020. “Buy property,” “Buy land,” he mentioned in separate tweets.

Though it’s unclear if this has something to do together with his resolution to maintain the ranch, the transfer did come every week after it was introduced his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and “SNL” alum Pete Davidson, known as it quits.

The Post has reached out to West’s reps for remark.

Both properties have been known as the supply of competition between West and estranged spouse Kim Kardashian, who was towards shifting to Wyoming full time — as West had hoped.

Following the divorce proceedings, West determined to purchase a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Hidden Hills, California — throughout the road from Kim — for $4.5 million.

Sources informed The Post the house, which hit the market for the first time in 67 years, was bought by the star in order that he might have simpler entry to his youngsters.

“It’s just simple logistics so that he is close to his children and has access to them at the drop of a hat,” an insider informed The Post.
