Investigators believe missing woman’s body found in Spring Branch, though positive ID still pending

Comal County investigators believe the body of Shana Alison DiMambro has been found, though positive identification is still pending.

The body was found Friday evening round 7:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Mitchell Drive by somebody who was strolling alongside the property.

DiMambro, 45, was final seen on July nineteenth at her house in the 100 block of Mitchell Drive, not removed from the place the body was found.

Based on “specific physical characteristics,” investigators stated they believe they found the stays of DiMambro. However, the body has been despatched to Travis County for a positive ID.

DiMambro’s household is conscious of the findings by investigators to date, in keeping with the sheriff’s office.
