Infant dies after bicycle crash in Scottsdale, police say

The bicycle crash concerned a mom and an toddler in Scottsdale.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Scottsdale police mentioned an toddler has handed away after sustaining accidents from a bicycle crash Wednesday afternoon. 

The collision occurred close to Lincoln Drive and 87th Terrace at about 3:30 p.m. Police responded to experiences of a bicycle crash involving a mom and an toddler. 

On Thursday, police mentioned the toddler died from Wednesday’s crash.

Police mentioned the infant was correctly secured on the time of the collision and the incident seems to be a “tragic accident.” The toddler’s id was not disclosed.
