Staff Sergeant Jessica Mitchell was discovered after San Antonio cops had been dispatched shortly after 2 a.m. to eastbound IH-10 and West Avenue in reference to a stranded automobile in the quick lane inflicting a hazard, the SAPD Public Information Office stated in a launch on the time of the capturing.

Police discovered her inside of her automobile that was riddled with a number of gunshots to the motive force’s aspect door and window. Police stated she has been shot a number of instances and there was no pulse when officers checked on the scene.
