Authorities investigating law enforcement shooting in Phoenix

Authorities say no accidents have been reported right now.

PHOENIX — Authorities are investigating a shooting involving law enforcement officers in Central Phoenix Wednesday evening.

The Department of Public Safety mentioned the incident began with a automotive crash on the Interstate 17 and Grant Street overpass. 

12News video reveals a number of law enforcement autos organising a fringe in the realm. Police is also seen placing crime scene tape up at a business close to twenty second Avenue and Hadley Street.

Officials mentioned site visitors headed eastbound on Grant Street is now closed on the I-17 off-ramp. Commuters are suggested to keep away from the realm whereas police examine.
