Authorities ID Texas couple killed in an Arizona plane crash

Sheriff’s officers mentioned personal gadgets discovered on the scene helped to determine the victims, who had been each 42 years previous.

SELIGMAN, Ariz. — Authorities on Monday recognized a Texas couple who died final week in the crash of a small plane in a distant space of northwestern Arizona.

Coconino County Sheriff’s officers mentioned Chad Wilson and his spouse Brandi had been flying from Wichita Falls to Las Vegas on Sept. 13 when the single-engine Piper PA-46 went off the radar in a distant space of Seligman, which is between Kingman and Flagstaff.

An Arizona Department of Public Safety helicopter out of Kingman serving to in the search positioned the wreckage and confirmed there have been two fatalities.

Authorities mentioned the couple had been operators of a Wichita Falls building company whose contracts included metropolis tasks, and the plane was registered to Chad Wilson.

The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the reason for the crash.
