Art Institute lions to be removed temporarily for conservation work
CHICAGO (CBS) — The famous lions that flank the entrance steps of the Art Institute of Chicago will be coming down for a short while for upkeep.
On Tuesday of subsequent week, the bronze lions will be removed from their plinths the Michigan Avenue entrance to the esteemed artwork museum for conservation remedy.
