3-year-old boy pulled from pool in critical condition

PHOENIX — A 3-year-old boy is in critical condition after a near-drowning in a yard pool in north Phoenix Saturday night, the Phoenix Fire Department stated.

Fire crews say that relations pulled the boy from the water of a yard pool close to sixteenth Street and Aire Libre Avenue round 7:30 p.m. Bystanders began CPR on the boy earlier than the firefighters arrived.

The boy was rushed to the hospital and is in “extremely critical condition”. It is unclear how lengthy the boy was in the water.
